This research is motivated by the increasing need for companies to respond to sustainability issues, particularly those related to climate change, pollution, and stakeholder pressure for transparency in sustainable business practices. Sustainability performance has become a crucial aspect that reflects a company’s responsibility for its economic, social, and environmental impacts.

The novelty of this research lies in the development of a sustainability performance measurement model that is far more comprehensive than previous studies. This study not only uses the Economic, Environmental, Social, and Governance (EESG) dimensions, but also adds two new dimensions, Well-Being and Stakeholder Engagement, to capture aspects of employee welfare and the level of stakeholder engagement in greater depth. In addition, this study strengthens the content analysis method with a scoring approach and integrates digital transformation, green innovation, supply chain management, and business ethics into a single moderation model that has never been tested simultaneously before. This approach results in a more holistic, relevant, and applicable measurement of sustainability performance for companies in Indonesia.

The results of the study show that digital transformation and green innovation have a significant impact on improving sustainability performance, confirming the important role of digitization and environmentally friendly innovation in sustainable business strategies. Meanwhile, supply chain management did not show a significant impact, partly due to the low level of disclosure of supply chain practices in company reports. Other findings reveal that business ethics significantly strengthen the relationship between green innovation and sustainability performance, confirming that innovations based on moral values and integrity are capable of creating stronger and more credible sustainability impacts.

With this achievement, Dr. Febryanti Simon is expected to make a tangible contribution to the development of corporate sustainability standards in Indonesia, whether through academia, practitioners, or public policy, thereby encouraging the creation of business practices that are more transparent, environmentally friendly, and highly competitive.
