Open Doctoral Promotion Session: Dr. Eko Cahyo Mayndarto, S.E.,M.M.,CMA.,CSRS.,CATr.
On Wednesday, October 9, 2024, the Faculty of Economics and Business at Trisakti University held an Open Doctoral Promotion Session in the field of Economics with a concentration in Accounting at Campus A, Hendriawan Sie Building (S), 8th floor. In this event, Dr. Eko Cahyo Mayndarto,S.E.,M.M.,CMA.,CSRS.,CATr. was declared to have passed as a doctor with a “Very Satisfactory” predicate, becoming the 134th graduate of this doctoral program.
The dissertation titled “ The Effect of Digital Technology and Talent Management on Corporate Reputation Mediated by Business Agility and Moderated by Information Technology Infrastructure Capability “.
The session was chaired by Prof. Dr. Yolanda Masnita Siagian, MM., CIRR., CMA, CPMA (Asia), with the promoter Prof. Dr. Etty Murwaningsari, Ak., MM., CA, and co-promoter Dr. Sekar Mayangsari, Ak., CA., CMA. The examination team consisted of Dr. Murtanto, Ak., M.Si., CA., CPIA., CCFA.; Dr.Harti Budi Yanti,Ak.,M.Si.,CA.,Dr. Suhendra,S.E.,M.Si; and Prof. Dr. Istianingsih, SE., Ak., MM.
Novelty: This study adds the dimensions of E-commerce Infrastructure, Digital Banking Service Infrastructure, Digital Network Infrastructure, Digital Financial Applications in the previous study by Qin et al (2021), which was only measured by four dimensions, namely Data Management Services and Architecture, Network Communication Services, Applications and Services, IT Facility Service Operations. The addition of these dimensions aims to enable MSMEs in Indonesia to be able to survive with various economic conditions in Indonesia, be able to compete in the global market, become MSMEs upgraded and level up by following the current era, namely the era of digital technology in all sectors and fields.
The research results shows that Digital Technology, Talen Management, Business Agility have a positive and cognitive effect on the company’s reputation and Information Technology Infrastructure Capabilities strengthen the influence of business agility on the company’s reputation. However, business agility is not able to mediate the influence of talent management on the reputation of the company, showing that there are other variables that are more dominant as mediating variables in mediating talent management on the company’s reputation..
With this achievement, Dr. Eko Cahyo Mayndarto, S.E., M.M., CMA., CSRS is expected to make a significant contribution in the field of digital technology, talent management directly to the company’s reputation and indirectly with business agility and information technology infrastructure capabilities that can make MSMEs in Indonesia as MSMEs that are able to become the main buffer of the economy where MSMEs have contributed 60% of GDP and absorbed labor in Indonesia is up to 90% so that MSMEs are able to upgrade and can survive in economic conditions no matter how bad.
